We will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and hassle free as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.

Faulty products must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date. We will refund your postage costs in returning the product to us and happily exchange or offer a refund or credit if the item is no longer available.

We aim to ship items within 24 hours of ordering.
Occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. These items will be backordered and shipped out once they arrive in stock. Rest assured, any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will also be promptly notified..
If your order doesn’t arrive within 5 days please contact us so we can follow up and get your goods to you as soon as possible.

You will be emailed a courier tracking number when your order has been processed and is ready to leave our depot. You can also check the status of your order (and obtain tracking information) through your Account Dashboard when you login.

The printer should always pick the sheet up by the paper end first. Many printers allow you to rotate by 180 degrees by changing the printing preferences setting.

If you need regular deliveries, we can set up a standing order for you. Please call us on 09 973 4353 to arrange. We will need to know how many deliveries you require throughout the year and the quantitiy required.

Correctly storing the labels maximises their shelf life and allows you to get optimal performance from them. Here are a few tips:

  1. Stack the boxes no more than 5 boxes high and they should not be stored on their edges.
  2. Store in a consistent temperature range between 10-25 degrees and not in direct sunlight.
  3. Fanning the sheets prior to use to ensure smooth running through your inkjet or laser printer.

Definitely not! Once you have brought the Integrated Labels it's your choice as to what information you would like to print on them.
